    Responsibilities

    The Contact Center Representative:



    • Receives calls from members and provides assistance with a variety of banking-related questions.



    • Offers relevant solutions that are appropriate for the member's banking needs.



    • Provides top-tier customer (member) service.



    • Delivers value through extensive product knowledge -- don't worry, we'll provide excellent training!



    • Assesses the consumer lending and/or real estate financing needs of the member to determine which product(s) may be most appropriate.

    Qualifications

    Requirements:



    • A minimum of two years contact center experience, preferably in a financial call center environment

    • Solid verbal communication skills

    • Proficient with computers and quick to learn new applications

    • Calm and friendly approach and demeanor

    • Bilingual in Spanish a PLUS

    • Some college desired

    • Able to have FUN while remaining Professional

    • May be required to obtain and maintain an MLO certification through the NMLS
