Responsible for successfully supporting UNIFY Financial Credit Union’s daily business and operational requirements for the CU’s Core Banking System through high systems availability, proficient systems management, peak systems performance, effective team communication, efficient process management, and error-free deliverables.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred; with a minimum of five years of related experience, and two years Supervisory experience, preferably in a financial institution; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires a minimum of eight years of experience with Symitar or related systems. Requires thorough knowledge of data center operations in a multi-platform environment; the ability to develop data processing strategies; and the ability to handle multiple tasks successfully and to handle complex situations independently. Must possess strong team member/member service philosophy. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
