    THe Organizational Culture Manager will create strategies to establish the UNIFY culture, imbed our core values into everything we do, increase employee engagement, promote voice of team, and ultimately drive team member satisfaction and improve employee retention.


    Thought-leader focused on high-impact team member programs rooted in behavioral science.

    Work with senior level leaders to identify organizational needs to then design innovative solutions to drive UNIFY’s culture.

    Design, develop, and implement organization-wide culture initiatives such as employee engagement programs, Superior Service Level Agreements, Town Halls, change management, recognition programs, and leadership development programs.

    Responsible for leading our Values Project Teams. Ensure UNIFY’s Core Values are considered and applied within applicable programs.

    Spearhead launching and monitoring the social learning platform in the LMS to support the leadership development program, and other engagement programs.

    Write, train and facilitate train-the-trainer courses for organizational development campaigns.

    Measure and report on the ROI (Return on Investment) for key culture programs.

    Manage the culture content on the Better Together intranet page (Connections).

    Perform all other duties, as assigned




    • Bachelor’s degree in organizational development (OD), organizational management, human resources, or a closely related field; associated experience may be substituted, year-for-year, for academic achievement.
    • Minimum four years of experience in Learning & Development and/or Organizational Development.
    • Human resources certification (PHR, SPHR)
    • Sound written and verbal communication skills.
    • Must be able to interpret and translate business initiatives into effective culture programs.
    • Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
    • A team player, able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders at all levels.
    • Skilled with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Proficient with SharePoint and Learning Management Systems


    • Financial services industry experience
    • Experience in a service environment
