Fast growing financial institution is looking to ADD multiple talented Contact Center Representatives (Bilingual highly desired) and one Contact Center Supervisor to work various shifts for its U.S.-based Contact Center.

Responsibilities

 

The Contact Center Representative will work a full-time shift that pays up to $18/hr. plus a 10% shift differential for hours worked between 6pm - 5am daily. Various schedules available - 2nd Shift 10 a – 1p CT / 7p – 9p CT.  

  • Receives calls from members and provides assistance with a variety of banking-related questions.
  • Offers relevant solutions that are appropriate for the member's banking needs.
  • Provides top-tier customer (member) service.
  • Delivers value through extensive product knowledge -- don't worry, we'll provide excellent training!
  • Assesses the consumer lending and/or real estate financing needs of the member to determine which product(s) may be most appropriate.

Qualifications

 

Requirements:

  • Two years contact center experience in a financial services call center environment or a combination (2+ years) call center and solid work history (1+years)
  • Solid verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with computers and quick to learn new applications
  • Calm and friendly approach and demeanor
  • Bilingual in Spanish Highly Desired
  • Reliable, Dependable and Comfortable in a Professional Environment
  • Able to have FUN while remaining Professional
  • May be required to obtain and maintain an MLO certification through the NMLS
