The Contact Center Representative will work a full-time shift that pays up to $18/hr. plus a 10% shift differential for hours worked between 6pm - 5am daily. Various shifts and schedules available. Bilingual Preferred. Available to work at least one weekend day.

  • Receives calls from members and provides assistance with a variety of banking-related questions.
  • Offers relevant solutions that are appropriate for the member's banking needs.
  • Provides top-tier customer (member) service.
  • Delivers value through extensive product knowledge -- don't worry, we'll provide excellent training!
  • Assesses the consumer lending and/or real estate financing needs of the member to determine which product(s) may be most appropriate.



  • A minimum of two years contact center experience, preferably in a financial call center environment
  • Solid verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with computers and quick to learn new applications
  • Calm and friendly approach and demeanor
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
  • Some college desired
  • Able to have FUN while remaining Professional
  • May be required to obtain and maintain an MLO certification through the NMLS
